Account Manager with Experience in Onboarding Customers to HR Software
Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Account Manager with a background in onboarding customers to HR software to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining relationships with our clients and ensuring they receive the highest level of service. They will also be responsible for onboarding new clients to our HR software platform and ensuring a seamless transition. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in customer service, HR software, and be knowledgeable in HR laws and regulations.
Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain relationships with existing clients
Act as the main point of contact for client inquiries and concerns
Ensure that all payroll deductions, such as taxes, insurance, and benefits, are accurate and in compliance with state and federal regulations
Onboard new clients to our HR software platform
Develop and implement onboarding processes and procedures
Provide training and support to clients on the HR software platform
Monitor client usage of the HR software platform and ensure customer satisfaction
Ensure compliance with HR laws and regulations
Work with cross-functional teams to address client issues and concerns
Develop and maintain relationships with clients and provide exceptional customer service
Qualifications:
Bachelor's or master's degree in business, human resources, or a related field
At least 3 years of experience in account management, customer service, or HR software onboarding
Strong knowledge of HR laws and regulations
Experience with HR software platforms, such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, or ADP
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong time management and organizational skills
Willingness to travel as needed
